As a partner of Archery Club (AC) Kosutnjak, Capitol Park Rakovica will support archers in all state and world tournaments during 2018.
Belgrade’s biggest retail park will support AC Kosutnjak during the Indoor Archery World Cup in Nimes, France, with club archers Djordje Redza and Luka Popovic representing Serbia. The tournament (www.nimesarchery.com) will be held from 19 to 21 January 2018, with 1,200 archers attending from more than 50 nations worldwide.
Redza and Popovic are currently the most successful archers at AC Kosutnjak. Popovic is the reigning state champion in the senior category and holds several state records in both indoor and outdoor archery on international CEC (Central European Cup). Redza is a talented young archer who won his first junior gold medal as a coach this year and his career goal is to represent Serbia in 2020 Olympic games in Tokyo.
AC Kosutnjak was founded in 2008. The club has created a unique archery complex since its establishment. Thanks to its reputation, the club has hosted major tournaments, international seminars and three national championships in target archery in recent years.
