Home Plus, Dexy Co Kids, Panter, Vip, Vulkan bookstore, Telenor and Woby haus open
Belgrade’s largest retail park, Capitol Park Rakovica, will open seven new stores within the third phase during October and November 2019. With the opening of Phase III Capitol Park Rakovica will have a total of 45 brands in the scheme and provide customers with more diverse shopping choices. This year, customers will enjoy seven new stores: Dexy Co kids now in the larger retail space of over 800 sqm, Mini Home, Panter fashion, Vip, Vulkan bookstore, Telenor and Woby House.
The Dexy Co Kids brand has been operating successfully in Capitol Park Rakovica for two years now, and is now reopening in Phase III on over 800 m2 of retail space with official opening scheduled for October 15th. The Dexy Co kids network in Serbia currently has 30 specialized retail outlets in 14 cities across the country, and this will be one of the largest in the network. In addition to toys, Dexy Co also offers a large range of accessories for babies and children from various well-known foreign brands. Special attention is paid to the safety and entertainmet of children while providing extraordinary shopping experience in the store.
Mini Home is a retail network founded in 2017 as part of the Home Plus company that has existed on the Serbian market for 20 years. The Mini Home concept was launched in line with the latest market needs and with the idea to provide buyers with fast and easy shopping of high-quality products by best prices. Products in Mini Home Stores are carefully selected and quality tested. The Mini Home brand offers items of modern and unique design at very attractive prices for all ages – from interesting gadgets to modern home decoration items. Mini home store is scheduled to open in mid-November.
Panter fashion brand store, which opened its doors on 11 October, is a domestic brand that has existed on the Serbian market for 20 years and is recognizable primarily for the production of high-quality cotton and casual clothes for all ages. With two production facilities, it has an extensive network of 20 outlets. The company is proud of the fact that the entire production process – from model creation to packaging and distribution – is done in their manufacturing facility. The Panther store is scheduled to open in mid-October.
Vip is the “youngest” mobile operator in Serbia to set new standards in the telecommunications market and the largest greenfield investor in the country. The opening of the Vulkan bookstore that took place on 12 October, will especially delight book and gift programme lovers that this store has to offer. The main motto of the brand is to offer a quality selection of fiction, professional literature, popular science, art, encyclopedia editions, children’s books in one place. At Vulkan bookstores, customers will also be able to find a rich gift programme, as well as paper goods, a wide selection of school and office supplies and music.
The Telenor store will open in Capitol Park on 1 November and will provide buyers from Rakovica with an additional range of mobile devices and services within the network. The Telenor network was created to provide secure communication and connectivity. User data is secure in all aspects of communication, including Telenor Bank financial transactions. In March 2016, Telenor covered the whole of Serbia with high-speed, 3G internet that enables the use of advanced services such as downloading music and video content, streaming, using applications such as Dizer, YouTube, Skype. At the same time, the company is continuing to expand its 4G network coverage.
With a total of 45 stores in the scheme Capitol Park Rakovica remains the largest retail park in Belgrade. Capitol Park network in Serbia consists of a total of five retail parks – in Sombor, Zajecar, Leskovac, Sabac and Belgrade (Rakovica). The network will expand in Croatia during 2019 and 2020.
